Crafts There are several good books on fly tying in the public libraries and on sale wherever fishing tackle is sold.

Field and Stream, an excellent monthly, and Fishing Tackle and Techniques, a comprehensive annual, publish dozens of advertisements of manufacturers and sellers of flys and material for the fly-tyer. The one difficulty is that once you become absorbed in fly tying, you may no have time to fish. This is not necessarily bad, for a great many people have found that fly tying can be a satisfying end in itself or a profitable business.
