Household Repairs Holes in plastic. Cut a patch from matching material (if you can't buy this, cut a small piece from the seat cover where it is tucked behind the back seat). Coat with plastic-mending adhesive and glue in place over or under the hole (whichever looks better).

Holes in fabric. Glue a patch of matching material in place with Devcon Patch glue.

Holes in fiber. Trim off raw edges. Cut a patch out of matching fiber at least 2" wider and longer than the hole. Coat bottom of seat cover with Elmer's Glue-All and press down on patch. When dry, spread a little more glue around top edges of hole.

Seams split. Take off cover. Baste edges of material together. Then baste twill tape to both sides of seam and stitch on sewing machine.
