Chipped surfaces. Clean and dry the scarred area. With a tiny brush, apply epoxy resin or porcelain glaze made for the purpose.

Surfaces stained. Do not use abrasives or abrasive scouring powders. First, try washing with ousehold ammonia and water, or a solution of 3 tbsp. Javelle water to 1 qt. water. If this doesn't work, scrub with a special non-abrasive cleanser such as Zud.
