Household Repairs String broken. Remove string entirely and arrange beads on a soft cloth surface so they won't roll away from you. Start with largest bead and arrange others on either side in graduated sizes. Knot end of new cord and lace it through the row of beads. After each bead, make a knot in the cord. Before tightening the knot, stick a pin through it and draw it up against the bead; then tighten knot and withdraw pin.
