Household Repairs Moves stiffly. Clean out tracks with a vacuum cleaner, then scrape out hardened paint, wax, etc. Polish lightly with steel wool. Then rub a light film of oil on the track.

Leaks at the bottom. If water enters under the track, force caulking compound under it. Otherwise call in dealer.
