Nut on steering yoke pulls out from bottom of wagon. Take off nut and pull out bolt. Slip a wide steel washer under head of bolt and insert bolt shank through hole in wagon bottom and yoke. Then screw on nut.
Handle loop bashed. If this can't be straightened, replace it with metal handle from a child's aluminum snow shovel. Bolt to handle post.
Axle broken. Cut a new axle out of round, brass-plated steel curtain rod. Drill holes in ends for cotter pins. Slip into frame. Put large, tight-fitting washers over the ends. Then put on wheels and more washers. Set cotter pins in holes.
Holes in steel wagon bottom. Scrape off paint around holes and clean metal with steel wool. Spread on plastic steel and smooth.
