Canvas done for. Rip it off. Pull tacks out of frame if there are any. Using old canvas as a pattern, cut new canvas to size. Sew edges if necessary for strength or to prevent raveling.
If canvas is tacked to wood, double the material at the tacked ends. Use 5/16" copper tacks and space them about 1 1/2" apart.
