Lamp Socket
Lamp wont light. Disconnect. Pull halves of socket apart. Tighten screws around wires and make sure cord is not broken at any place. If lamp still doesn't light, remove bulb again and, with a screwdriver, bend metal contact in bottom of socket upward. If lamp still doesn't light, difficulty is in the switch. Replace socket with a new one. See electric cord (lamp cord broken at socket).
