Household Repairs Doesn't heat. Check whether fuse on house circuit has blown. Plug a light into outlet used for grill to see whether outlet is defective. Try another cord on grill; the original may be defective. Lift out grids and check whether heating elements are broken. If one is, buy a replacement and install it in the same way. If all these measures fail, take grill to service shop.
