Do you really need a 100-watt lamp in the light standard at the end of the driveway? Wouldn't a 60-watt or maybe a 40-watt do just as well? Are floodlights necessary in front or back? Can you reduce the quantity or size? Think about an automatic timer to control the time when they are actually in use.
